The blind screw seals by means of an O-ring in a DIN 200 or 300 bar connection.
The line can be depressurised by actuating the push sleeve.
This blind screw can be screwed into the cylinder valve during transport of a diving cylinder, for example, to protect it from dirt and to prevent unintentional air leakage during transport.
Due to the O-ring seal, no tools are required for assembly and disassembly.
With conventional blind screw connections, you can only loosen the connection by using force if you accidentally open the cylinder valve - this system can be depressurised in this case.
